2 Month Online Wellness Program for Women

This program will give you the time and support to help you to re-center, ground, and balance so that you can show up powerfully and can be there for the people in your life that need you. It will give you the practices to prepare yourself to shift your old habits and step into a different and more effective way of living!
This program will help you:
-Feel empowered in your choices and decisions instead of fighting and pushing your way through life.
-Work from a place of stability and steadiness rather than feeling like you are about to fall over.
-Sustain yourself by bringing in more compassion and tenderness into your everyday.
-Develop skills for nurturing, loving, and caring for yourself as much as you do for others.
-Step into bigness, authenticity, and joy when serving others out in the wider world.
-Fuel yourself through connection and being in community with other women like you.
This program is led by Leora Ward, a trained life coach, yoga instructor, and facilitator. After years of working in the social justice, women's empowerment, and humanitarian fields, I was feeling burnt out and decided there had to be a better way to help people around me AND prioritize my own needs in a real way.
Once I mastered these skills, I began supporting other women who also struggle with self-love and knowing their worth, who want to find a gentler way to serve others, and to be more impactful in their work and life. This program is focused on self-connection – in recognition that we are better caretakers, activists, and change makers when we are fully in tune with ourselves and our bodies.
In this program, I will guide you through a process to clarify:
Your Beliefs: I help you identify the thoughts and stories that are causing you pain. You become clear about the messages you are telling yourself and exist in your head. You start to question the truth about your thoughts and acknowledge the powerful force they are in our life.
Your Feelings: You articulate the heartfelt feelings you associate with your thoughts. You connect with those feelings (good, bad, and ugly) in order to honor them. You identify what is happening in your heart and body in order to understand yourself from a deeper and more connected place.
Your Needs: You name the needs underlying your feelings. You start to uncover why you are so hurt and what you want deep down. Your needs are things that you are trying to fulfill on a more profound level and give you greater insight or clarity into what drives you and what you most long for in life.
Your Values: You tap into the beauty and worth of your values. You explore the wonder of what would happen and what would be possible if you were living them in the world. You honor your values as important and necessary so that you can start asking for and bringing in what you most want.
Your Requests: You come up with requests and strategies that are aligned with your needs and values. You start to make requests of yourself and others in line with what’s important to you and you ask for what you deeply desire in order to start living a life of joy and abundance.
